Main MEP contract: complete MEP for a 4-storey mall (146,107 m² construction floor area) – 5 chiller sets (4,500 T), auto tube cleaner, ozone generator, PICV valves, façade lighting, 360 air-conditioning sets, 250 fans, 600 electrical panels, 890 km of power cable, 18,700 lighting points, 350 km of optical/control cable, 1,600 smoke detectors, 250 cameras, 175 fire hose cabinets and 15,000 sprinkler heads.
Variation works: façade lighting, extra MEP for the CMRT office, LPG gas station, IT termination in EE rooms with public Wi-Fi, and people-counting cameras and CCTV.
Tenant fit-outs (MEP): Take Home marketplace, food court, Paradise Dynasty restaurant, IZE Cinema, Master Beer Craft, Chipmong Group and Chipmong Retail offices.
