Design and build by DBD's own team (concept architecture and interior by SO Architect), covering all works from construction permit to completion. Land area 10,344 m²; 2-floor office (2,976 m²) and warehouse (5,040 m²); building footprint 8,016 m². Steel structure, with roof and wall panels insulated with 50 mm PU.
