Description of works

MEP for a 30-storey tower with 4 basement levels: plumbing and drainage (siphonic drainage, copper plumbing pipes), fire protection (addressable fire alarm, heavy-gauge fire pipes), ACMV system, BIM drawings and a 300 m³/day STP/WWTP.
Also MEP for fit-out works within the tower (2026).
