Full MEP for a 25-storey tower: medium voltage, 2 × 1,250 kVA transformers, 2,500 kVA generators with soundproof room, lighting, data/telecom, fire alarm, CCTV, PA, carpark management, underfloor trunking; ACMV (VRF, pressurisation, fresh air, exhaust); plumbing, sanitary, fire protection and BMS.
Specialist packages: direct-view façade lighting (flexible high-power LED strips with video controller, canopy downlights, staircase LED strips, 5-year guarantee); transparent LED display system (297 m² and 462 m²) with playback, control and audio; audio-video control system (speakers, AV-over-IP, amplifiers, motorised screens, laser projector, TV/monitor displays, direct LED wall).
Variation works: interior-design lighting, IPABX and 24-core fibre-optic main cable.
