Hotel MEP package (247 guest rooms, 11 floors + 1 basement, 15,800 m²): building automation system, Daikin VRF air-conditioning, Kruger fans, pressurised air ducts, heat-pump hot water and silent PP soil-waste piping.
Tenant works: MEP for the Spa, Baldwin restaurant and Hong Bao restaurant.
