OUR DIVIDENDS RATES OVER TIME
With our Initial Public Offering (IPO), we have opened the doors for public investment, offering a unique opportunity to be part of our growth. Shareholders now benefit from a minimum guaranteed dividend of 5.5% per annum for the first three years post-IPO. Invest with confidence in DBD Engineering to build a better tomorrow for Cambodia.
That was in 2021 to 2023. As of 2025, our dividend has officially increased to 6% per annum, a feat only achieved by four publicly listed company.
